Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly (and ad-hoc) FTE and Headcount reports
  • Prepare FTE pipeline reporting on future activities
  • Support preparation of monthly Staffing board presentation
  • Maintain standard reports in Workday
  • Support yearly Budget and mid-term planning process and monthly Forecast process with regard to headcount planning and corresponding personnel expenses
  • Regular tasks related to HR department
  • Act as business partner for HR
  • Support HR to ensure complete and accurate data in Workday via gap and reconciliation reports
  • Maintain and enhance Controlling related processes and IT landscape
  • Implement new analyses regarding personnel expenses and FTE
  • Prepare Forecast, Budget and other planning models
  • Support the implementation/maintenance of PowerBI
  • Support innovation, automation and digitalization in a flexible, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
  • Other regular and ad-hoc financial controlling tasks as deemed necessary

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, (esp. Excel and PPT), BI and Workday
  • Experience in leading transformative change, delivering process efficiencies through simplification, automation & standardization
  • Passionate about digitalization, new technologies and business transformation
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of enabling technology typically used within a financial services organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills to network, communicate and influence at senior management levels
  • Client centric mindset and superior customer service focus
  • German language skills would be a plus
