Tasks:

  • Design, develop, and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages
  • Analyze internal pay structures and recommend adjustments to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans
  • Collaborate with HR and management to communicate compensation policies and initiatives effectively
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation metrics and trends for senior management
  • Participate in salary reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive programs development

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits consulting or related HR roles
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Poland
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • Relevant certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with Polish language skills being advantageous
