Tasks:
- Design, develop, and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages
- Analyze internal pay structures and recommend adjustments to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans
- Collaborate with HR and management to communicate compensation policies and initiatives effectively
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation metrics and trends for senior management
- Participate in salary reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive programs development
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits consulting or related HR roles
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Poland
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Relevant certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with Polish language skills being advantageous
