About your team: Every day, we focus on enhancing our organization through strategic HR Business Partnership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. By building strong relationships with product teams, product heads, and leaders, you will provide tailored solutions that drive success and foster collaboration across these key areas. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to ensure seamless alignment of HR and product strategies.
As part of a collaborative HRBP team under the Chief HR Officer, you’ll help foster a culture of engagement and high performance. Your insights will shape HR strategies, and you’ll work closely with recruitment specialists to attract and retain top talent. Collaborating with HR Tech & Data Analysts, you’ll leverage data analytics to make informed decisions and drive meaningful impact.
You will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CPO and product leaders, providing them with help and coaching on a regular basis.
- Give recommendations for and oversee the implementation of development plans aimed at building people engagement and increasing the efficiency of the entire organization.
- Mentor and support Texters with any HR-related issues, especially business and role understanding. role goals, self-development and career path.
- Set new standards based on your broad experience.
- Upskill our team with dedicated training and workshops.

- Act as an expert and a mediator in challenging situations.
You may be a good fit for this role if you:
- Have solid experience in HR and worked at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner/HR Manager at a tech company (especially product or SaaS company)
- Stay on top of the latest trends and technologies, including AI tools.
- Are fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
- Act as a professional pacemaker, work smart, fast, and effectively.
- Are comfortable to work closely withC-level managers to achieve company goals.
- Apply smart, efficient strategies to help achieve company objectives.
- Keep a focus on business objectives, ensuring a balance between supporting your team and driving results.
- Have outstanding communication and relationship building skills.

- Have at least bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related field.

How we work
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, youll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
