We are looking for experienced professionals for the position of HR Business Partner in our People and Culture Department.
Location: Katowice (Region: Śląskie)
Job Description
- Act as a strong business partner for one of KPMG departments by providing strategic HR consulting aligned with People and Culture strategy
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day‑to‑day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, succession plans, disciplinary actions)
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Work closely with other HR functions (C&B, EB, TA)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multicultural environment
- 7+ years of working experience in an HR Department
- Proficiency in labor law
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply relevant sections of laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English (at least level C1)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
