We are looking for experienced professionals for the position of HR Business Partner in our People and Culture Department.

Location: Katowice (Region: Śląskie)

Job Description

• Act as a strong business partner for one of KPMG departments by providing strategic HR consulting aligned with People and Culture strategy
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day‑to‑day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, succession plans, disciplinary actions)
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
• Work closely with other HR functions (C&B, EB, TA)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multicultural environment
• 7+ years of working experience in an HR Department
• Proficiency in labor law
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply relevant sections of laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English (at least level C1)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
