Job Description
- Act as a strong business partner for one of KPMG Departments by providing strategic HR consulting aligned with People and Culture strategy.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, succession plans, disciplinary actions).
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Work closely with other HR functions (C&B, EB, TA).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multicultural environment.
- 7+ years of working experience in an HR Department.
- Proficiency in labor law.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of laws, guidelines, regulations and policies.
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English (at least level C1).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
