LPG CZ/PL Manager, LVS
Strategy: Partner with the LPG LVS leadership team to develop the overall Business and People Strategy. Determine and deliver the best HR approach to achieve business objectives. People and Organization Development: Coach, motivate, and develop talent to build an effective, capable, and high performing organization. Change Management: Act as a change coach to the organization. Plan and facilitate successful change management initiatives across the organization. Functional Excellence: Acts as partner and coach in the execution of employee lifecycle processes (e.g. people performance, learning and development, employee engagement).Collaboration: Works in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners & leadership to ensure clarity of and engagement to local initiatives and ensure labor compliance in implementing them. Standards and Compliance: Ensures compliance with legislation, HR policies and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility. Acts as personal role model of the expected behavior.
