We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner Eastern Europe to join an international company in the medical devices sector. This position will support the EEMEA region, with a particular focus on Central & Eastern Europe, covering operations in Poland, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Hungary.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating recruitment processes, as well as managing the onboarding of new employees.
- Identifying competency gaps and implementing development programs for teams and leaders.
- Collaborating with management on succession planning and the development of key talent.
- Supporting performance evaluation processes, goal setting, and the implementation of development plans.
- Advising managers and employees on career paths and professional growth.
- Designing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Supporting team management and resolving people-related challenges.
- Co-creating and implementing consistent HR practices across the region.
- Maintaining the quality of HR data and providing analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability in areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement and retention, change management, mentoring and coaching.
- Strong understanding of local labour laws in Eastern Europe.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, translate strategy into execution, and drive results.
- Hands-on, proactive, and flexible approach.
- Proficiency in English and Polish is a must.
- Communication and active listening and the ability to understand different perspectives;
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (including occasional week-long business trips).
