Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an environmental company.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Vast experience in consumer engagement, specifically on corporate topics.
  • Good understanding of global HR practices in HR Administration, Payroll, Talent Management, and Total Rewards.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement : Creating and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Employee Development : Planning and executing training and development programs tailored to the organization’s needs.
  • HR Administration : Managing HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Payroll : Overseeing payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Talent Management : Recruiting, developing, and retaining key talents within the organization, supporting their career paths.
  • Total Rewards : Designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs aimed at motivating and retaining employees.
