On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.## Your responsibilities:* building strong relationships with managers and employees, becoming a trusted advisor in all people matters, acting as consultant, sparring partner and coach; serving as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related topics;* coaching managers on team dynamics, employee relations and leadership growth;* designing new HR strategy solutions in cooperation with HR Director and senior management;* active participation in defining and transferring HR scope to SSC;* monitoring of HR trends – initiating and implementing new solutions/tools to improve the HR area (e.g. employee satisfaction, attrition, onboarding etc.);* building and implementing training plans and talent programs; actively developing the L&D area;* supporting business with HR data analysis; further development of HR Analytics;* collaborating closely with the HQ HR team to ensure consistent and high-quality HR practices;* planning, coordinating, and implementing initiatives related to internal communication, employee engagement and corporate social responsibility;* HR contact person for employees working with SSC in a matrix organization;* ad hoc project/task allocated by the direct manager.## ## Our requirements* proven HRBP experience in SSC/international environment (preferably 3+ years);* fluency in English and Polish;* knowledge and experience in all HR processes across the employment lifecycle;* proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams;* enthusiasm to manage various operational tasks and projects;* strategic mindset with hands-on approach and execution capability;* high level of independence, ability to manage priorities and operate in a fast-paced, changing environment;* proactive, people-centered and solution-driven attitude;* ability to advise based on knowledge of Polish labor law and GDPR.
