Obowiązki

  • Partner with leaders on creating the best employee experience and implementing best management practices (hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and compensation reviews).
  • Support organizational development and change management activities.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with employees, providing support in HR-related topics.
  • Running selected HR-related company projects.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and governance.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and HR processes, taking into account the global, and local policies and legislation and serve as a contact for questions on this subject.
  • Close collaboration with all HR functions (Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Operations and other Talent Business Partners).

Kwalifikacje

  • 2-3 years of experience as HR Business Partner, preferably in e-commerce, media, advertising or IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training & development, compensation, etc.).
  • Experience supporting leaders and employees across multiple departments or business units.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to managers.
  • Skillful combination of interpersonal competences with the orientation on the task and goal realization.
  • Self-reliance, independence.
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of English and Polish.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, Power Point).
