Our client is a robust and innovative family-owned company operating in the distribution of heavy-duty vehicles. Due to newly acquired business in Poland, the company is looking for an HR Business Partner with vast experience in accounting and implementation of controlling functions.

Opis stanowiska

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and develop HR strategies that align with and support the achievement of business goals.
  • Support talent acquisition by working closely with recruitment teams to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
  • Ensure the Onboarding and Offboarding of employees and all administrative tasks related.
  • Support the budget definition and monitor the costs.
  • Support implementation of HR policies defined by the Corporate Department.
  • Support managers in the area of the HR function as well as being active in the decision-making process.
  • Implement global HR processes, tools, and policies and support their application.
  • Support internal communication and build a positive employer image inside and outside the organisation.
  • Supervise the development interview system and improvement of the appraisal system.
  • Analyse and identify training and coaching needs and build staff development programmes.
  • Prepare reports and analyses, reporting on HR indicators.

Profil kandydata

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in related tasks, including remuneration practices, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment legislation.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Proactive attitude, good communication skills, empathetic and enthusiastic personality.
  • Extensive knowledge in the area of human resources management, both in soft HR and in labour law, modern HR practices, and trends.
  • Strong business acumen and internal customer focus, building long-term relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven background in leading high-impact projects or programs, cross-functional in nature.
