What we expect

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written (essential).
  • Professional experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, etc., preferably in the digital/technology service sector or in an international organization.
  • Higher education (Bachelors degree or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of labor law and local HR regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at various levels of the organization.
  • Internal customer focus and business acumen.
  • Openness to learning, new challenges, and a dynamic work environment.
  • Understanding of the specifics of working in global structures.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Very good work organization and attention to detail.
  • A strong team player with a collaborative approach.
  • An individual who understands global organizational structures.
  • Experience or a strong understanding of working within a global team environment.
  • Knowledge of other European languages will be an additional advantage.
  • Business trips: if they occur, potentially around 10%.

  • Activities in the area of HR Marketing and Employer Branding.
  • Internal communication with employees.
  • Managing salaries and benefits.
  • Coordinating employee training and development.
  • Preparing HR reports and analyses.
  • Supporting local management in personnel and legal matters.
  • Participating in transformational projects and HR process optimization.
  • Ensuring compliance with Group policies and procedures.
