Job Description

  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to management and employees within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategies.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent in Orzesze.
  • Support workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster employee engagement and oversee the implementation of training and development programmes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
