Job Description
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to management and employees within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent in Orzesze.
- Support workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Foster employee engagement and oversee the implementation of training and development programmes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
