Main Purpose of Role



Ensure high level of HR support to Leaders at all levels in the organization as well as employees. Own the people agenda within the assigned scope of responsibility (Financial Shared Service Center).



Key Responsibilities



  1. Build, maintain and develop relationships with internal stakeholders in order to diagnose organizational needs. Propose solutions aimed at enhancing team and individual development and thus ensure reaching maximum organizational effectiveness.
  2. Own the people agenda. Proactively engage on people agenda: recruitment, performance management, engagement, development, talent management, succession planning, retention, employer branding.
  3. Provide advice on labour code issues.
  4. Liaise with managers to resolve employee relations issues.
  5. Investigate and analyse training needs within the account, ensure execution of the training plans.
  6. Support managers in performance management process and identify candidates for promotion.
  7. Support managers in driving change following annual engagement surveys.
  8. Support managers in identifying successors, provide input to creating individual development plans and career paths planning.
  9. Support managers in talent identification and propose appropriate talent management development plans.
  10. Run and coordinate recruitment processes.
  11. Conduct presentations/workshops on HR-related matters to ensure all managers are familiar with Vesuvius approach to performance management process and other processes and projects.
  12. Act as first contact for the managers and employees in HR related matters and facilitate communication between operations and human resources.
  13. Ensure knowledge transfer of HR related topics to the leaders within the assigned scope of responsibility.
  14. Liaise with other HR Team members and other function experts to provide optimal solutions.

Minimum Requirements



  1. 10 years of experience in HR function, min. 5 years of experience in HRBP role.
  2. Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills.
  3. Experience in change management projects, experience in employer branding projects is a plus.
  4. Ability to challenge status quo.
  5. Drive for results demonstrated through specific projects in past roles.
  6. Excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders.
  7. Integrity, trust, high ethical standards.
  8. Fluent in English.
  9. Able and interested to grow into roles of increased responsibility (leadership potential).
