For our Client, a company in the retail industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Business Partner . The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail industry, and excellent knowledge of labour law.

Responsibilities:

• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR Business Partner in a retail company.
• Fluent language skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Work closely with managers, support them, and share HR expertise.
• Be a trusted business partner who adapts and proposes an adequate HR strategy based on the needs and strategies of dedicated business areas.
• Advise on complex employee issues and support dedicated teams.
• Support managers in recruitment processes in dedicated teams.
• Manage resource planning, onboarding, development, performance, and internal communications in collaboration with the rest of the HR team.
• Ensure that HR policies are implemented and respected, suggest innovations, and be ready to implement changes.
• Cooperate with an external payroll service provider.
