Job Description
- Acting as a strong business partner for one of KPMG departments by providing strategic HR consulting aligned with People and Culture strategy
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day‑to‑day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Providing performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, succession plans, disciplinary actions)
- Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Working closely with other HR functions (C&B, EB, TA)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multicultural environment
- 7+ years of working experience in an HR department
- Proficiency in labor law
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management
- Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of laws, guidelines, regulations and policies
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English (at least level C1)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
