Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle for a group of employees (recruitment, onboarding, leave of absence, periodic assessment, administration, offboarding).
  • Advice and support across all HR functions.
  • Participation in HR reporting.
  • Overseeing performance evaluation processes, goal setting, career planning, talent management, and assessing practical needs.
  • Analyzing HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Building a positive organizational culture and increasing employee engagement.
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Higher education (preferably in Human Resources Management)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a production environment;
  • Knowledge of labour law;
  • Excellent analytical and consulting skills.
  • High interpersonal skills, using various devices for communication within the organization.
