HR Business Partner at Kramp

Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of HR processes in assigned departments and teams according to strategy and global standards.
- Close collaboration with managers in identifying and developing employees potential.
- Design and implement development programs for teams, conducting training and workshops focusing on skill development, leadership, and effectiveness.
- Participation in recruitment processes.
- Initiate and participate in Employer Branding activities.
- Participate in international projects supporting employee development and engagement.
- Provide support in employee relations, including internal communication, organizational culture aligned with values, and integration.
- Ensure accurate and complete data in our HR systems and document flow.
Requirements
- 5 years of operational experience in the HR field.
- Higher education (preferred fields: Human Resource Management, Sociology, Psychology, etc.).
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to reason and persuade based on data.
- Flexibility and the ability to react quickly to changes.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.
- Experience working in an international organization will be an advantage.
