HR Business Partner
Location: Warszawa, Mazowieckie, Poland

Responsibilities
- acting as strong business partner for one of KPMG Departments by providing strategic HR consulting aligned with People and Culture strategy
- maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- providing performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, succession plans, disciplinary actions)
- analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- working closely with other HR functions (C&B, EB, TA)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multicultural environment
- 7+ years of working experience in an HR Department
- proficiency in labor law
- working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management
- ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of laws, guidelines, regulations and policies
- very good knowledge of Polish and English (at least level C1)
- excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- strong problem solving and analytical skills
