Currently we are looking for experienced professionals for the position of HR Business Partner, to join our People and Culture Department.

Job Description

  • Acting as a strong business partner for one of KPMG Departments by providing strategic HR consulting aligned with People and Culture strategy.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day‑to‑day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Providing performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, succession plans, disciplinary actions).
  • Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Working closely with other HR functions (C&B, EB, TA).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multicultural environment.
  • 7+ years of working experience in an HR Department.
  • Proficiency in labor law.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of laws, guidelines, regulations and policies.
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English (at least level C1).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
