- Hold a higher education degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
- Have a strong focus on learning and development, including leadership programs and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bring HR expertise with a focus on driving HR solutions and collaborating with senior leaders.
- Have strong Project Management skills, with the ability to manage complex HR initiatives.
- Are skilled in succession planning, leadership development, and identifying skill gaps.
- Have experience in change management and leading successful initiatives.
- Excel in conflict resolution and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Are data-driven, with the ability to use insights to guide decisions and improve performance.
- Are a native Polish speaker with fluent English (C1+).
