About the Role

An HR Business Partner collaborates with organizational leadership to shape and drive the HR agenda in line with business goals. Acting as the primary HR contact for the assigned unit, they provide strategic and day‑to‑day guidance on performance, employee relations, career development, disciplinary matters, and labor law compliance. They partner across HR functions to deliver effective solutions, programmes, and policies informed by data and trends.

How you will get the job done

  • Supporting the establishment and growth of both IT and non‑IT services
  • Acting as a trusted, strategic HR partner to the business, offering expert guidance and sound judgment in complex situations
  • Shaping and driving the HR agenda to support current and future business priorities
  • Driving change programmes that enhance organisational effectiveness and drive productivity
  • Collaborating with HR centres of expertise to deliver impactful solutions across HR operations, compensation and benefits, learning & development, talent management, employee relations, and employer branding
  • Ensuring deep compliance with legal requirements in day‑to‑day employee management, mitigating risks and safeguarding the organisation
  • Proactively managing and resolving employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Leveraging people data and trends to design innovative HR solutions, programmes and policies
  • Providing clear interpretation and guidance on HR policies, ensuring consistent application
  • Ensuring compliance with Labour Law and minimising legal risk through expert HR practices
  • Advising line management on strategic people decisions and offering tailored HR guidance

Skills and Experience You Will Need

  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • International and multi‑company/entity experience in large organisational structures
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a shared service centre and tech companies
  • Ability to work on different HR‑related aspects (labour‑law related activities, training and development initiatives, organisational structures’ designing, analysis, etc.)
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in an international environment
  • Proactivity and can‑do attitude
  • Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
  • Good knowledge of Polish Labour Law
