About the role

At Oximio, we are building and scaling a truly global organization supporting clinical trials across more than 50 countries. We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will work closely with global and multi-country functional leaders to support organizational growth, people development, and business performance.

This role goes beyond local HR support — it is a strategic business partnering position, operating at the intersection of people, structure, and global collaboration.


Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role
  • Proven experience working with international or multi-country stakeholders
  • Experience supporting functional leaders (e.g. Operations, Project Management, Quality, Commercial, Support functions)
  • Comprehensive, end-to-end HR knowledge, covering Talent Acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Exposure to regulated, fast-growing, or complex environments is a strong plus

  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate confidently with senior leaders
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures

,[Strategic HR Business Partnering (global scope), • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to global, multi-country functional units, • Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people and organizational solutions, • Support leaders on organizational design, role clarity, workforce planning, and capability building, • Anticipate people-related risks and opportunities in a complex, international environment, • Balance global consistency with local realities and regulations, People & talent agenda, • Support managers across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, performance, engagement), • Partner on succession planning and identification of high-potential talent, • Coach leaders on people management topics, including feedback, development, and difficult conversations, • Contribute to leadership and talent development initiatives at company level, Collaboration & governance, • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other HR colleagues globally, • Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are applied consistently and pragmatically, • Support change initiatives, integrations, and organizational transitions, • Use data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement Requirements: Additionally: Free beverages, Free snacks, Free coffee, Mobile phone, Startup atmosphere.
