,[Strategic HR Business Partnering (global scope), • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to global, multi-country functional units, • Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people and organizational solutions, • Support leaders on organizational design, role clarity, workforce planning, and capability building, • Anticipate people-related risks and opportunities in a complex, international environment, • Balance global consistency with local realities and regulations, People & talent agenda, • Support managers across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, performance, engagement), • Partner on succession planning and identification of high-potential talent, • Coach leaders on people management topics, including feedback, development, and difficult conversations, • Contribute to leadership and talent development initiatives at company level, Collaboration & governance, • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other HR colleagues globally, • Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are applied consistently and pragmatically, • Support change initiatives, integrations, and organizational transitions, • Use data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement Requirements: Additionally: Free beverages, Free snacks, Free coffee, Mobile phone, Startup atmosphere.
