The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become Javelin’s first HR hire based in our growing Krakow office. You will benefit from a close connection and support from our London HR team as well as our global employee base. This hands-on role provides the chance to gain valuable exposure to a wide range of HR operational tasks across the entire employee life cycle, with a strong focus on both the growing Polish office as well as taking on various administration duties for some of our wider global offices including payroll and benefits administration.
We are seeking a self-motivated, positive, and professional individual who understands the sensitive and confidential nature of HR and is well-versed in local Polish employment law and HR compliance. You should bring a solid foundation of experience in HR, ideally at least five years in an HR generalist position and ideally have a qualification or degree relevant to the HR field.
