Our Client, a global technology company and a leader in providing solutions that streamline everyday interactions and transactions for millions worldwide, particularly in the retail, banking, and digital services sectors, is seeking an HR and Personnel Administrator. Youll be joining their Warsaw office team, where youll have a real impact on daily HR operations, supporting employees and leaders in key processes.

Location: Warszawa Włochy.

What we expect

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, including employee onboarding.
  • Good command of English and Polish (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in the Warsaw office (4 days office-based).
  • Proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Workday is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Preparing employment contracts for new hires, and contract renewals.
  • Preparing, printing, and collecting signatures for employment documents.
  • Employee document filing.
  • Administering employee benefits cards.
  • The scope of duties covers approximately 200 employees.
