Role Summary
We are looking for a new team member to join our existing HR team in Poznań! If you are an organized, proactive, and people-oriented person who enjoys both HR and administrative tasks, this is a great opportunity to develop your career in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Support legalization processes for foreign employees in cooperation with an external agency
- Create employee IDs and manage Knox accounts
- Administer data in the Workday system (GHRPW and GHRPS)
- Prepare monthly statements for accounting related to employee benefits and holidays
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying data
- Manage day-to-day office operations and equipment (printers, shredders, etc.)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office supplies orders
- Coordinate with vendors and assist in invoice approvals
- Organize business trips, training sessions, and internal events
- Manage company assets (laptops, phones, access cards, pool cars, etc.) and ensure accurate records and archiving
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in HR, Administration, Finance or related field)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under time pressure
- Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
- Driving license (B category) is a plus
