What we expect

  • previous experience in the area of Total Rewards (at least 2- 3 years) in an international work environment;
  • analytical skills;

  • very good understanding of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel (SAP experience would be an asset);
  • collaboration skills and ability to work both individually and in a team settings

Your tasks

  • executes annual Total Rewards cycles (IC, Merit Increase, Salary Surveys) in accordance with global guidelines and local requirements;
  • completes salary and benefits surveys in a qualitative and comprehensive manner in order to support Compensation Planning and Review processes;
  • provides input to compensation planning/OB process by extracting market data, pre-filling compensation planning templates with salary survey results and individual employee data in accordance with country specific rules and in partnership with PMI Total Rewards team;
  • creates, reviews, revises and updates work instructions on a regular basis and ensure their quality for all countries and processes in scope;
  • shares knowledge with colleagues, and ensures that all instructions and tools are up to date and available for backups and replacement;
  • supports the process simplification, digitization and experience of services, identifies and addresses areas for improvement.
