ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
HR Data & Reporting
• Maintain and validate HR data across international entities within HR systems (i.e. Workday, K2, and Excel-based reporting).
• Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, turnover, hiring dynamic, monthly statistics, and hiring trends.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal standards and reporting requirements.
HR Analytics & Insights
• Assist in preparing workforce data for budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes.
International HR Support
• Support HR RVP teams with data requests and reporting needs across all countries and business units within the international scope.
• Contribute to global and regional HR projects such as job harmonization, pay transparency directive implementation and compliance, talent reviews, restructuring initiatives, and HR system implementations.
• Help standardize HR metrics and reporting practices across regions.
Processes & Systems
• Support the continuous improvement of HR reporting tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HRIS teams to enhance data structures and reporting capabilities.
• Document HR data processes, guidelines, and reporting standards.
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure HR data is handled in compliance with GDPR and local data protection regulations.
• Support internal and external audits related to HR data and reporting.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics, HR controlling, or HR operations in international environment
Advanced English and Polish
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.)
Experience working with international or multi-country data
Knowledge of workforce planning and complex statistics process
Understanding of international HR processes and structures
Strong skills in communication with teams and stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Ability to translate data into clear insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of accountability
Salary: 9000 - 14000 PLN gross (contract of employment / mandate contract) or
