Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing of ongoing tickets from entities in scope (Portugal), e.g., a request for a change of employee personal data in the system (SAP).
  • Contact with the national HR unit for clarification of errors in insurance applications.
  • Working as the 1st line of HR support for employees located in Portugal (e.g., answering questions about salary, bonuses, etc.).
  • Creating, generating, and analyzing HR reports.

Employer requirements:

  • Portuguese language knowledge at C1 level.
  • English language knowledge at B2 level.
  • 1 year of experience in the field of HR or Payroll.
  • Knowledge of Portuguese labour law.

Optional:

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
