Currently, we are looking for

Job location: Wrocław or remotely from Poland. 

• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices,
• Maintaining and updating employee records related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related information,
• Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits,
• HR related document preparation,
• Ensuring activities are following the required deadlines,

• Excel,
• SAP,
• SuccessFactors,
• Other Human Resources Information Systems.

An ideal candidate should have: 

• Experience working in HR and/or payroll,
• Ability to handle and maintain employee databases, ensuring the accuracy and security of information,
• Fluent in English and German.

Nice to haves:

• Communication skills, 
• Teamwork in an international environment, 
• Customer-oriented attitude, 
• Attention to detail.
