Your role

  • Recording HR data in the HR system. Depending on the target team, this may include data related to hiring, transfers, terminations, contract changes, vacations, etc.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, employment certificates and ad hoc reference letters. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents generated
  • Provide HR support by responding to HR inquiries and issues via the ticket system
  • Ensure all documentation and applications comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain high standards of compliance and confidentiality in the processing of employee information
  • Proactively contribute to improving procedures and processes to enhance customer satisfaction, increase productivity and achieve organizational goals. Participate in projects related to the implementation of process changes

What we expect

  • a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of Human Resources and Payroll
  • good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
  • attention to detail and with the ability to think analytically
  • education in the field of Human Resources and Payroll or Finance will be an added advantage
