HR & Payroll Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Collaboration - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Coordinate payroll procesess with external payroll providers (outsource payroll).
  • Prepare salary calculations for remaining of our foreign (in house payroll).
  • Work with company software to process payroll.
  • Cooperate closely with local in-country outsource providers to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time for your respective market.
  • Analyze variance, payroll controls for accurate payslip generation.
  • Take part in payroll related projects, e.g. process automation, system integration.
  • Maintain our HR database with information about new joiners, leavers, salary increases, change of roles etc.
  • Manage staff holidays accrual.
  • Prepare and book entries for payroll related activities in the accounting system.
  • Prepare payroll related contracts, maintain templates for each jurisdiction with the help from inside/outside legal counsel.
  • Assistance with all internal and external HR-related matt.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance. Experience with payroll software or HRIS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; familiarity with other financial or payroll tools is beneficial.
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks.
  • Understanding of data confidentiality and compliance with payroll regulations and labor laws.
