HR Advisor with Spanish
Smith+ Nephew is hiring a HR Advisor with Spanish to join our Global Business Services (GBS) HR Services team, reporting to the GBS HR Services Lead. The role focuses on providing top‑notch customer service and handling HR administrative tasks for all core HR processes across EMEA.
What you will be doing
- Providing high‑quality HR advice and support to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle.
- Managing HR transactions such as onboarding, pay changes, and leavers with accuracy and care.
- Coaching managers and employees on HR processes and policies.
- Supporting projects like mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity.
- Handling sensitive queries including data privacy and subject access requests.
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and the customer experience.
What will you need to be successful
- Degree‑level qualification.
- Fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
- HR advisory experience within a shared services or commercial environment is preferred but not essential.
- Customer service experience with the ability to professionally communicate at all levels.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to coach confidently.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to demonstrate integrity in all business interactions; analytical and problem‑solving capability.
