At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.Smith+Nephew is hiring **HR Advisor with Spanish.**Working within a team and reporting to the GBS HR Services Lead, this role focuses on providing top-notch customer service and handling HR administrative tasks for all core processes in HR Services EMEA. As the primary contact for HR inquiries, the role assists employees and managers across the business, guiding them in using the Company’s HR System (Workday), reviewing notifications, and generating necessary paperwork. With strong organizational skills, the role ensures timely responses to HR queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Global Business Services (GBS) protocols.As an HR Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our people experience.
