Overview

This role is part of a growing HR team focused on shaping organizational culture in an international environment. The position involves handling HR processes, providing employee support, and contributing to HR system improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex employee inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Process HR transactions (new hires, onboarding, terminations, promotions, transfers) and perform specialized HR process administration.
  • Participate in HR processes/countries migration to the HR Regional Hub.
  • Probe cases to determine root causes and provide accurate answers.
  • Actively contribute to delivering, maintaining, and improving HR services, procedures and processes.
  • Understand and utilize HR systems including Employee Portal / Self Service, Knowledge Base and Case Management.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and national laws.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel administration, call centers or HR administration.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics or related areas.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, team‑based environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to diffuse challenging situations.
  • Skills to prioritize workload and provide timely follow‑up and resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Problem‑solving skills.
  • Language skills:
    • Internal corporate language: English B2 level required.
    • Working with customers: German B2 level required.
