What You’ll Be Doing
- Resolve 90% of employee and manager HR queries independently, ensuring compliance with local policies and procedures.
- Execute complex local HR processes (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes) with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and third‑party providers to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Champion knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining process documentation and job aids.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and sharing best practices across the team.
- Act as a subject matter expert in selected HR areas, supporting colleagues and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
What You Bring (Skills & Experience)
We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven, with a strong understanding of HR operations and a passion for service excellence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Shared Services, or a service‑oriented environment.
- Working knowledge of HR models and processes.
- Fluent German (B2 minimum, C1 preferred) and very good English (written and spoken).
- Experience supporting Germany‑based employees or familiarity with German labor practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with HR systems (Workday, SAP, Salesforce – a plus).
Nice‑to‑haves
- Background in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Pedagogy, or Business Administration.
- Experience in process documentation or knowledge management.
- A learner mindset and a collaborative spirit.
