Team and role
This opportunity is open to candidates based Poland, Krakow and requires supporting local hr operations and remote coverage of offboarding, leave management and employee lifecycle changes across multiple countries in the emea region and cross -country setup, collaborating virtually with stakeholders and hr teams in various countries.

- Shared service background (minimum 2‑3 years of experience in hr shared or global business services)
- Labor law (required UK and polish, preferred other emea)
- Process knowledge (hr method, policies & employee life cycle)
- Soft skills (Adaptability, resilience, communication)
- Technical systems (workday, jira, confluence, data skills )
- Languages (english, polish, other)
Qualifications
- minimum 2‑3 years of experience in hr shared services in emea region
- knowledge of uk and polish labor law (termination rules, document retention, notice periods, leave management)
- knowledge of other eme aa countries (german, ruamana, ukrayn, switzerland, sweden) plus
- basic knowlage of main hr method, policies, employee life cycle
- soft skills (resiliency, communication, adaptability)
- HR systems required (workday)
