The Team This opportunity is open to candidates based in Poland, Krakow, and requires supporting local HR operations while remotely covering processes and activities related to offboarding, leave management, and employee lifecycle changes across multiple countries within the EMEA region. The position offers cross‑country collaboration with stakeholders and HR teams virtually.
The Role As an HR Advisor, you will be the expert on HR topics, providing guidance on offboarding, leave management, employee changes, and assisting employees with HR procedures. You will be the first point of contact for employee tickets (Jira), ensuring prompt and effective responses, clarifying issues, providing updates, and delivering solutions that meet expectations. You will work closely with internal colleagues to ensure accuracy and satisfaction, evaluating questions, handling cases, and escalating complex ones. You will contribute to monthly payroll inputs and continuous improvement of HR processes, documenting procedures and supporting HR People Processes across the EMEA region.
