This opportunity is open to candidates based in Poland, Krakow. The role supports local HR operations and covers processes related to offboarding, leave management, and employee lifecycle changes across the EMEA region. You will collaborate virtually with stakeholders and HR teams in various countries.
You will serve as the expert on HR‑related topics, providing guidance on offboarding, leave management, employee changes, and assisting employees with HR procedures and self‑service usage. You will be the first point of contact for queries via tickets (Jira), ensuring prompt and effective responses. You will evaluate incoming questions, handle the majority of cases, and dispatch cases that require in‑depth subject matter expertise. You will contribute to monthly payroll inputs related to offboarding and leave management across multiple EMEA countries and support continuous improvement and streamlining of HR processes.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working specifically in an HR Shared Services (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of UK and Polish labor law. Preferred: General knowledge of labor laws in other EMEA countries.
• Good knowledge of main HR methodologies, policies, and the employee lifecycle.
• Adaptability, Resilience, Communication.
• HR Systems experience (Workday required), Jira, Confluence, strong data management skills.
• English (B2 minimum), Polish (fluent); additional languages are a strong plus.
