What we expect
- bachelor’s degree in human resources or min. 4 years of experience in HR position
- experience in working in a multinational company from the pharmaceutical or medical industry (min. 2 years in similar HR roles)
- proficiency in English - min. C1 level (knowledge of German or Japanese will be an asset)
- strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, experience working within a HRIS system
- ability to use critical thinking to help employees reach decisions and solve complex problems and compliance for the organization

Your tasks
- provide day-to-day support to internal team members and leaders on HR issues throughout the employee lifecycle of the organization
- cooperation with members of global HR teams on employee relations issues and policy questions
- lead and coordinate the logistics and preparation of new hire HR activities, ensuring alignment with Global New Employee Orientation procedures and practices
- audit HR systems to ensure the integrity of candidate and employee data
- perform employee file maintenance including filing of records, records retention, and agreement tracking
