Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders from several markets in line with agreed Service Level Targets.
- Maintain a close working relationship with HR BP from the region.
- Identify areas for process improvements and standardization.
- Prepare personnel documents (confirmation of employment, salary certificates, contracts, document updates).
- Maintain HR data in assigned systems.
- Respond to all inquiries regarding employee data, updating data accordingly (bank updates, personal data updates, etc.).
- Develop and review new standard SOP operational processes (instructions).
- Prepare and submit monthly reports regarding employment.
- Maintain organizational structure in SAP HR and other tools.
- Manage employee life cycle events in HR and payroll systems.
- Provide reference documents for employees as needed.
- Support employees in accessing corporate applications.
Qualifications:
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- 2-3 years of experience in a multinational organization in a similar role.
- SAP HR knowledge is a must.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Profound knowledge of HR Administration.
- Understanding of Organizational Management processes.
- Strong Customer Service Mindset.
- Excellent team player with an open-minded and flexible approach.
