The HR Administrator in the Document Operations area will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on preparing, managing, and maintaining HR documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and update HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and confirmations.
- Support administrative processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from hiring and onboarding to offboarding and retirement.
- Ensure that all HR documents are compliant with local labor law and internal company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Support HR data audits and ensure document accuracy and completeness.
- Manage requests from employees and managers related to HR documents and employment confirmations.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth document flow and process efficiency.
- Actively contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives within HR Operations.
Qualifications
- Very good command of German (minimum B2) and good command of English.
- At least 2 years of experience in an internal HR department, preferably in HR administration or document management.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with HR systems such as SAP, Workday, or SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and responsible approach with the ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
