You will support us with:



  1. Data Administration: register and maintain product data in our systems, adhering to established guidelines.
  2. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned administrative duties.
  3. Handling internal users’ requests in our global HR system.
  4. Support the execution of various organizational initiatives.
  5. Improve the accuracy of data in our systems, ensuring it is consistent, correct, and complete.

You will thrive in this role if you have:



  1. Good written and verbal communication in English: you will communicate with colleagues from Europe.
  2. Skills in providing quality data in a timely manner, structuring and organizing your daily work.
  3. Ability to build good relationships with different stakeholders.
  4. Previous experience working with systems and processes, demonstrating a supportive attitude.
  5. Experience in SSC environment will be advantageous.
