HR Administrator Specialist with German/Finnish

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the management of personal information and documentation
- Verifying and handling benefit claims processing
- Maintaining data accuracy across all HR and Payroll systems
- Guaranteeing timely and accurate payroll inputs
- Executing HR and Payroll processes in accordance with global guidelines, legal norms, country-specific requirements, as well as established policies and procedures
- Managing employee data and systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll or HR administration
- Knowledge of German at least B2 and English B2
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities are essential qualifications for this role
- We are seeking individuals who possess the ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively solve problems
- At least a secondary school diploma
- Familiarity with Workday would be an advantage.
