- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records in compliance with Swiss labor laws.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding of employees. Manage HR systems (e.g., SAP HR, Workday) and ensure accurate data updates in payroll and HR systems.
- Collaborate with managers on workforce planning, training, and employee development.
- Prepare HR reports, statistics, and analyses for management.
- Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and Swiss labor regulations.
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field).
- Proficient German (min. B2/C1) - both written and spoken; English is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of HR administrative experience, preferably in an international organization.
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR procedures.
- Familiarity with HR tools and MS Office; experience with HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to work in a multilingual environment.
