JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR administrator with very good communication and administrative skills to support our great HR Operations team with various HR related administrative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing full support and assistance to HR team on employee related processes
- Manage and maintain employment documentation (e.g., Employment Contracts, Confirmation Letters).
- Acting as the first point of contact for assigned employee queries
- Keep our employee data and records up-to-date and organized.
- Assisting in creation and updating HR policies and procedures
- Performing other important tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Interest, knowledge or experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Understanding of HR systems and processes is a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Educated to degree level
- Preferably experience in Shared Service Center or Internship in HR department
- Good knowledge of English language
- Solid skills in MS Office programs
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Integrity in handling confidential information
- Superb organizational skills
- A team player who can also work independently
