This office was created to provide top-level services to their drilling platforms worldwide. Your tasks

  • organizing and managing processes related to obtaining visas for offshore employees
  • regularly updating the visa system to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date information
  • maintaining communication with other teams to collect and verify the necessary information and documents
  • verifying employee documents for accuracy and completeness
  • submitting verified documents to the appropriate departments within the organization
