British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for an HR ADMINISTRATOR in Warsaw.

Accountabilities:

• Provide personnel administration expertise, ensuring HR processes align with SOPs.
• Coordinate with government agencies and third parties; prepare data for audits.
• Offer generalist HR advice and guidance on HR policies.
• Manage data within HR and personnel administration services according to SOPs.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security restrictions.
• Collect and verify documentation from employees and managers for HR transactions.
• Generate and compile reports as needed.
• Perform tasks assigned by the manager or stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities in data management and processes.
• Collaborate with GBS HR team for process visibility and delivery.

Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of labor law and work legislation (minimum 1 year experience preferred).
• Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve business issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or student status at university.
• Fast learner, proactive, adaptable.
