HR Administrator

You are the ideal candidate if you have:- Fluent communication skills in Polish and English (min. B2 level), with excellent verbal and written abilities
- Solid knowledge of Polish employment law essentials and strong understanding of HR practices
- Completed studies or professional experience in HR (min. 2 years in a similar position)
- Proven experience working with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Enova365
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Remedy, or another ticketing system
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently
- A proactive approach to prioritising workload and multitasking, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- A can‑do attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement
- High attention to detail and accuracy
