HR Administrator – Computacenter

Responsibilities
- Support HR processes and provide excellent service to employees
- Handle HR administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments
- Use HR systems and ticketing tools to manage requests
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance employee experience
Qualifications
- Advanced command of Polish and English (min. B2 level)
- Solid understanding of Polish employment law and strong understanding of HR practices
- Previous experience in HR Admin or similar roles
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Enova365
- Basic knowledge of ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, or another ticketing system) and willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently
- A proactive approach to prioritising workload and multitasking, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- A can‑do attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement
- High attention to detail and accuracy
