HR Administrator – Computacenter

Join our dynamic and growing team in Poznań. We are seeking a reliable HR Administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and values integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR processes and provide excellent service to employees
  • Handle HR administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments
  • Use HR systems and ticketing tools to manage requests
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance employee experience

Qualifications

  • Advanced command of Polish and English (min. B2 level)
  • Solid understanding of Polish employment law and strong understanding of HR practices
  • Previous experience in HR Admin or similar roles
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Enova365
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, or another ticketing system) and willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently
  • A proactive approach to prioritising workload and multitasking, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • A can‑do attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
